Senior UI/UX Developer

Role Overview

Senior UI/UX Developer (Web Developer) Remote / Work at Home (United States) — based in Brunswick, GA (listed location).

You will build responsive, modern, user-centered web applications and partner with business, design, and product teams to turn requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and product teams to gather and refine requirements
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code using modern web best practices
• Develop front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Develop/integrate/support back-end services and RESTful APIs
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, security, and overall usability
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering standards
• Maintain technical documentation and support releases/deployments
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Responsive Web Design
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar)
• Working knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control best practices

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional back-end platforms or broader full-stack ownership (front- and back-end)
• Strong testing/debugging and participation in team code reviews
