About the role
Role overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Zwift (full remote), you’ll create complex, polished designs for apps across screen sizes and platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead end-to-end UX/UI design for the most challenging feature sets, and help evolve Zwift’s core design system.
Key missions
- Design complex, engaging UI/UX for applications across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring features to life.
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI process for complex feature sets.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Requirements
- Strategic, collaborative, proactive ownership style; welcome feedback and critique.
- 6+ years of product design experience in consumer-facing technology.
- Strong experience with charting and data visualization (user-friendly and robust).
- Excellent communication and organization; effective partnership with Product, Data, and Engineers.
- Ability to deliver features end-to-end from concept to high-fidelity production on compressed timelines.
- High-level experience contributing to UI design systems and libraries.
- Expert Figma skills.
- Experience with motion/animation, including Lottie.
- Experience designing for iOS/Android, smart TVs, and tablets (varied screen sizes/platforms).
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Passion for fitness, gaming, or sport (and strong interest in the Zwift mission).
- Experience in technology, gaming, eCommerce, or subscription businesses.
