About the role

Role Overview

Senior UX Designer to shape user experience for enterprise-grade workflow and document-processing applications. The role focuses on user-centered design to create intuitive, efficient, and accessible experiences for operations users in high-volume, data-dense environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design for application workflows, including:
    • case management
    • validation experiences
    • operational dashboards
    • other enterprise product surfaces
  • Translate complex business processes and operational requirements into:
    • user journeys and task flows
    • wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research activities such as:
    • stakeholder interviews
    • workflow discovery
    • usability testing
    • validate design decisions and uncover pain points
  • Design data-heavy enterprise experiences, including:
    • exception handling
    • review and validation workflows
    • decision support
    • productivity-focused interfaces
  • Define and evolve reusable design patterns, interaction standards, and component guidance to support consistency and scalability
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to align user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design quality across the product lifecycle
  • Improve existing experiences by analyzing feedback, identifying friction points, and proposing better interaction models

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of UX design experience for enterprise/complex digital products, especially workflow-oriented and data-dense applications
  • Strong interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research/usability studies and translate insights into improvements
  • Experience designing for enterprise platforms, operations workflows, or complex systems where efficiency, clarity, and scalability matter
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Proficiency with Figma (low- and high-fidelity design, prototyping, documentation)
  • Experience contributing to or defining design systems, component guidance, and pattern libraries
  • Effective collaboration skills with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication/storytelling and presentation skills for cross-functional teams and leadership
