About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer (REMOTE) — drive the design of tools that empower clinical teams to deliver care. You’ll focus on deep empathy for coaches and doctors, translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive, AI-augmented product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Champion clinical users through immersive research to understand needs, workflows, and pain points
  • Lead end-to-end product thinking: design holistic user journeys
  • Produce high-craft design work including user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Operate effectively in a high-velocity environment and prioritize design tasks
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders
  • Innovate with AI to streamline complex clinical workflows via intuitive interfaces
  • Act as a “chaos pilot”: conceptualize tools in a fast-moving setting combining dynamic AI-powered content and conversational tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio
  • 2–3 years designing complex user interfaces for healthcare/clinical tools
  • Expertise in web/desktop information architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with AI/ML-augmented design experiences
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, HCI, or related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience designing conversational or AI-driven user experiences for clinical workflows (implied by role focus)
