About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Designer (REMOTE) — drive the design of tools that empower clinical teams to deliver care. You’ll focus on deep empathy for coaches and doctors, translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive, AI-augmented product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Champion clinical users through immersive research to understand needs, workflows, and pain points
- Lead end-to-end product thinking: design holistic user journeys
- Produce high-craft design work including user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Operate effectively in a high-velocity environment and prioritize design tasks
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders
- Innovate with AI to streamline complex clinical workflows via intuitive interfaces
- Act as a “chaos pilot”: conceptualize tools in a fast-moving setting combining dynamic AI-powered content and conversational tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio
- 2–3 years designing complex user interfaces for healthcare/clinical tools
- Expertise in web/desktop information architecture and design patterns
- Experience with AI/ML-augmented design experiences
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, HCI, or related field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
