Role Overview

Senior UI/UX Designer (United States, fully remote)

Shape engaging digital experiences by improving product usability, visual consistency, and user satisfaction. You’ll work on redesign initiatives and feature enhancements for a modern application environment.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand existing product workflows, user needs, and current design structures.
  • Redesign and enhance existing features to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Translate product concepts, requirements, and business goals into clear, scalable UI/UX solutions.
  • Create high-quality interface designs using established design systems and component libraries.
  • Ensure consistency across layouts, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Participate in design reviews, discussions, and feedback sessions to refine solutions.
  • Maintain accurate design documentation, updates, and decision records.
  • Support continuous improvement through user-focused design practices.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment using collaboration and project management tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
  • Strong product design experience and deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to existing products and design systems.
  • Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and delivering high-quality designs under tight timelines.
  • Proven experience designing and improving applications built with Bubble (or similar platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles including user flows, layouts, and interaction design.
  • Experience with design systems, reusable components, and structured design libraries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teams.
  • Experience documenting design decisions and outcomes.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms beyond Bubble.
  • Understanding of product management workflows and Agile development processes.
  • Experience with startups or fast-paced technology teams.
