Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Senior UI/UX Designer (100% Remote, U.S.) responsible for end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital experiences. You will translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and interactive prototypes, then help build responsive, accessible, component-driven front-end interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design lifecycle: requirements → UX strategy → interactive prototypes → design delivery
• Design user-centered experiences across multiple business functions and user groups
• Create information architecture, interaction designs, and visual designs
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings
• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, component-driven web interfaces
• Build and evolve reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Support applications throughout their operational lifecycle
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and authentication systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HCI, Graphic Design, CS, IT, Digital Media, or similar)
• 6+ years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications with strong UX/UI emphasis
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma plus tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Hands-on production experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks
• Proven React experience; familiarity with Angular or Vue is a plus
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), browser compatibility, front-end optimization, and UI performance best practices
• Experience with Git-based version control, Agile workflows, design collaboration, developer handoff, and release management
• Experience integrating front-end apps with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, and authentication systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to solve complex UX problems via research-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise applications (dashboards, workflow management, data visualization, real-time collaboration, complex business apps)
• Familiarity with Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, animation libraries, and PWAs
• Exposure to DesignOps, design thinking, accessibility auditing, service design, and behavioral analysis
