Senior Technical Sourcer

Role Overview

Join Hims & Hers as a Senior Technical Sourcer responsible for scaling Engineering and Product Management hiring. You’ll build and run sourcing strategies, deliver high-quality candidate pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Missions

• Build top-of-funnel talent pipelines in advance for engineering and product management roles to ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align role needs, calibrate profiles, create structured hiring panels, and accelerate hiring.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using advanced research techniques, including Boolean search, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub/GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies and research approaches to uncover hidden talent pools.
• Use metrics and insights to iterate on strategies and communicate results clearly with data.
• Manage pipelines end-to-end (identification, cultivation, and long-term nurturing).

Requirements

• Experience building top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and research methods.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset: leverage metrics to refine strategies.
• Proficiency with sourcing/recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub, and Gem.
• 2+ years sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+).
• Track record sourcing across Engineering (full-stack, backend, platform) and Product Management.
• 8+ years technical sourcing experience (in-house and/or agency/search).
• Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation, outreach personalization, and research; comfortable writing prompts and integrating AI into daily sourcing.
