Senior Technical Recruiter

Role Overview

Join Hightouch as a Senior Technical Recruiter. You’ll be part of the foundational recruiting team, building recruiting processes and programs while driving strong hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting plans.
• Source and prescreen candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, well-run hiring process.
• Identify offer closing strategies to help candidates make informed decisions.
• Provide candidates with the right information to support timely and confident decisions.
• Build recruiting processes and implement programs to improve effectiveness and results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience (impact and results are prioritized over years).
• Proven ability to build a trusted recruiting partnership with hiring managers.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders and hiring for roles such as:
  • Senior backend engineers
  • Fullstack engineers
  • Frontend engineers
  • Engineering leadership
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-changing environment.
• Demonstrated success engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
• Creative, resourceful problem-solving and ability to maintain a consistent pipeline.

• Track record of implementing recruiting programs/processes for early-stage or foundational recruiting efforts.
