About the role

Role Overview

You will join Garner Health as a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex technical searches while creating innovative sourcing strategies and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
Create and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies to attract strong technical talent
Lead and scale sourcing capability by building proactive, high-quality talent pipelines using diverse channels
Partner with hiring stakeholders through intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define target profiles
Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and other business leaders

Requirements

5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
Demonstrated success building and owning sourcing pipelines and effective top-of-funnel strategies
Experience hiring in a fast-paced environment (startup or digital health preferred)
Ability to turn recruiting data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and hiring performance
Strong consultative relationship-building with both candidates and internal stakeholders

Experience with BrightHire and Greenhouse
