Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Role Overview

Join Anduril Industries as a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract). You’ll shape talent strategy by sourcing and managing high-volume candidate pipelines, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring a strong, positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliver against hiring needs.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies that support long-range company growth, including referrals best practices and process improvements.
• Track and analyze pipeline/performance data to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience across the full recruiting lifecycle.

Requirements

• Familiar with varied sourcing avenues.
• Strong understanding of technical skills/experience needed for Engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Clear and effective communication with candidates to assess motivation, drivers, and organizational fit.
• 4+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers/Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and keeping track of progress through the process.
• Experience hiring across engineering disciplines (software, hardware, or both).
• Working knowledge of ATS/applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• 6+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles, including closing top-tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• Ability to act consultatively, improving outcomes and candidate experience.
• Self-sufficient with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Resilient and creative troubleshooting; communicate directly and succinctly.
• Strong ownership, low-ego/high-curiosity mindset, and focus on continuous iteration.
