Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

Senior Technical Project Manager serving as a strategic execution partner to the COO. This is centered on owning and driving key initiatives across the business—especially initiatives tied to AI-powered solutions, automation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with the COO and senior leadership on high-priority operational initiatives
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across Customer Success, Implementations, Operations, Analytics, and other business functions
• Own execution end-to-end from planning through delivery, ensuring outcomes, timelines, and objectives are achieved
• Shape and operationalize AI strategy by evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI-powered solutions
• Identify automation and workflow improvements through collaboration with technical and business teams
• Create operational excellence by designing scalable, repeatable workflows and process improvements
• Establish accountability frameworks to improve team execution effectiveness
• Drive alignment and accountability via milestones, success metrics, risk/dependency management, and executive reporting
• Leverage data for decision-making by partnering with Data & Analytics to define KPIs and measure impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project/program management or related experience
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS/technology environment
• Ability to drive projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight
• Experience partnering with technical, business, and data teams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience creating scalable workflows, operational processes, and documentation
• Analytical mindset; uses data to prioritize and measure impact
• Familiarity with Agile and tools such as Jira and Smartsheet
