Role
Senior Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager (Product)
You will own delivery of customer integrations and help evolve those integrations into a scalable, competitive capability for Preveta. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—balancing hands-on technical project execution with building repeatable processes, playbooks, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Technical Project Management (Deliver integrations successfully)
- Lead individual customer integrations from kickoff through production go-live
- Coordinate Engineering, Customer Success, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation (including HIPAA-aligned data handling)
- Drive data validation and go-live readiness
- Support customer enablement and post-launch stabilization to ensure adoption and success criteria are met
Technical Program Management (Build integrations into a scalable competitive capability)
- Own and evolve Preveta’s integration operating model
- Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and technical standards across implementations
- Align integration strategy with product, engineering, and revenue objectives
- Define and track integration performance metrics (cycle time, quality, activation, scalability)
- Identify structural improvements that reduce time-to-live and improve scalability
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Provide clear status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Escalate appropriately (know when to drive, unblock, or request help)
- Build trusted relationships with customers, engineers, and leadership
Success Metrics (first 6 months)
- Multiple customer integrations delivered to on-time go-live with success criteria met
- A repeatable integration playbook and operating model established
- Integration performance metrics set up with organization-wide visibility
- At least one structural improvement that measurably reduced time-to-live
- Trusted operating partner to the CTO and leadership
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related discipline
- Proven end-to-end track record leading customer-facing technical integrations/implementation programs
Nice to Have / Additional Signals
- Strong comfort in technical environments and judgment to manage escalation and unblocking
- Ability to run go-live calls and build/track performance dashboards
Logistics
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote: anywhere in the United States (authorization to work in the USA required)
- Travel: 5–10%
