About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Project Manager for EHR Integrations, you will lead interoperability and EHR integration projects for U.S. hospital partners. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with project management and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, design, and deployment of EHR integration interfaces for hospital clients
- Manage project timelines and drive clear stakeholder communication
- Define and validate technical specifications with EHR vendors and internal engineering teams
- Contribute to and maintain interfaces using integration tools
- Monitor existing interfaces and resolve data/configuration issues
- Document configurations and best practices to support future deployments
Requirements
- Technical project management experience with EHR integrations and interoperability
- Ability to partner with EHR vendors and coordinate internal teams
- Strong skills in interface maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting ongoing interface operations and improving deployment practices
- Familiarity with integration tooling used for healthcare data exchange
