Senior Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote) for a 12-month contract (possible extension). You will lead large, cross-functional technology programs supporting supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems, ensuring execution, dependency/risk management, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-workstream technology programs with defined scope and timelines
• Own end-to-end program execution: planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation
• Drive enterprise software/system implementations for distribution centers, logistics operations, and retail networks
• Partner with engineering, logistics, transportation, real estate, and operations to align delivery plans and execution
• Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Track and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior managers and operational stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve execution risks/impediments in mission-critical environments
• Support cost reduction, automation, and modernization initiatives improving operational efficiency
• Maintain execution rigor using Jira, Confluence, and enterprise program management tools

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
• Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Strong execution skills in planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
• Experience with supply chain/logistics systems (e.g., WMS, OMS, Inventory, PLM)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams and vendors
