Role overview

Senior Technical Program Manager for a B2B SaaS telehealth/health-tech infrastructure platform. This is a high-visibility, first-of-its-kind IC program/project leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage 0→1 SaaS project/program initiatives from planning through delivery
Build and drive roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
Operate across multiple simultaneous projects as an individual contributor
Navigate ambiguity and execute autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

7+ years of professional SaaS project/program management experience
Proven track record delivering programs with strong execution (roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets)
Deep experience with B2B SaaS
Hands-on ability to act as an IC while leading the project/program management function
Experience working in health-tech

Nice-to-haves

Advanced degree such as Master’s/MBA in STEM or related fields from a top university
Experience spanning both scaled/established organizations and startups

Location & eligibility

Remote (US-based); must be based in the United States and eligible to work for any US employer
No sponsorship or C2C

Compensation

Base salary: $225,000–$300,000 plus equity and 20% bonus
