About the role
Role overview
Senior Technical Program Manager for a B2B SaaS telehealth/health-tech infrastructure platform. This is a high-visibility, first-of-its-kind IC program/project leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 0→1 SaaS project/program initiatives from planning through delivery
- Build and drive roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
- Operate across multiple simultaneous projects as an individual contributor
- Navigate ambiguity and execute autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional SaaS project/program management experience
- Proven track record delivering programs with strong execution (roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets)
- Deep experience with B2B SaaS
- Hands-on ability to act as an IC while leading the project/program management function
- Experience working in health-tech
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced degree such as Master’s/MBA in STEM or related fields from a top university
- Experience spanning both scaled/established organizations and startups
Location & eligibility
- Remote (US-based); must be based in the United States and eligible to work for any US employer
- No sponsorship or C2C
Compensation
- Base salary: $225,000–$300,000 plus equity and 20% bonus
