Senior Technical Program Manager (Platform & Data)

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager (Platform & Data) leads and delivers large-scale, complex technical programs across the product and engineering organization. You will translate strategy into execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and improve program operations using scalable execution systems.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive alignment with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps, align timelines, and ensure execution.
• Own program predictability by identifying and tracking risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and continuously improving delivery progress visibility.
• Leverage AI to accelerate planning and reporting.
• Build scalable program operations (processes/frameworks) that improve execution at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven ability to deliver programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
• Strong experience influencing and aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated capability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities at scale.
• Experience leading large-scale change management and operating independently in ambiguous situations.
• Experience building processes and frameworks to improve program execution.
• Experience working with data platforms, data science, or analytics-driven products.
• Strong business acumen connecting technical execution to business outcomes.
