Senior Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Pantheon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (full remote) to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs aligned with strategic goals. You’ll drive execution across engineering, product, and business teams while improving delivery practices and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact programs end-to-end (planning through delivery) across multiple teams and technical domains
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, anticipate issues, and mitigate risks throughout execution
• Shape execution strategies and influence outcomes through strong program leadership
• Improve delivery by implementing best practices, streamlining execution frameworks, and adopting tools that enhance transparency and effectiveness
• Provide clear, tailored updates to senior leaders (technical and non-technical audiences)
• Manage programs in distributed environments, maintaining coordination across teams and time zones

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience delivering cross-functional programs in SaaS, cloud, or WebOps environments
• Experience leading programs with security or compliance components
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct authority and manage ambiguity/change
• Strong organizational skills, operational rigor, and change management experience
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and/or Asana
• Experience collaborating across distributed teams and multiple time zones
