About the role

Role Overview

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Analytics & Data Intelligence (ADI) team. You will drive complex technical programs for NVIDIA’s GPU-accelerated data science and data processing libraries, balancing long-term strategy and near-term delivery while coordinating across engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own planning and execution of GPU-accelerated data science and processing library programs:
- Build integrated roadmaps balancing strategy, priorities, and engineering capacity
- Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans
Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, marketing, go-to-market, and the open-source community:
- Manage dependencies, align stakeholders, track readiness
- Resolve risks early and ensure predictable, high-quality releases
Lead software release, security, and compliance programs.
Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and delivery practices to increase:
- velocity, quality, collaboration, and predictability
Build and maintain program metrics for release health, quality, delivery performance, adoption, and overall success; use data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

8+ years in technical program management leading complex software initiatives in areas such as:
- data science, data processing, accelerated computing
- high-dimensional search, self-directed AI, or related domains
Strong technical foundation, including prior experience as an:
- engineer, data scientist, or highly technical program leader
Deep familiarity with open-source development, including:
- PyData ecosystem, GitHub, and GitHub-based engineering workflows
Ability to lead multiple business-critical programs simultaneously and influence across organizations without direct authority.
Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Python, C++, data science, or GPU-accelerated computing
Experience with:
- vector search, agentic workflows, semantic search
- text-to-SQL, intelligent query execution, workload routing
Track record improving engineering processes, delivery systems, and program metrics.
Experience partnering with research organizations to move from experimental work to production-ready software and customer outcomes.
