Senior Technical Program Manager

Role overview

Join KAYAK as a Senior Technical Program Manager to expand and improve KAYAK’s travel content offering for corporate customers. You’ll partner with suppliers and content aggregators, own the content strategy, and coordinate the rollout of product features across travel partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with suppliers and content aggregators to enhance content offerings for corporate customers
• Own and drive content strategy
• Oversee content integrations: implementation, maintenance, and operational readiness across travel verticals
• Coordinate roll-out of new product features across existing suppliers while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Represent KAYAK in industry organizations
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with shop & book APIs in the travel industry
• Strong ability to align product opportunities with business goals; thoughtful decision-making and clear communication
• BS degree or equivalent experience (technical background strongly preferred)
• Experience with travel-related APIs and booking flows, including:
  • GDS APIs
  • NDC APIs
  • TMC workflows
• Hands-on understanding of the traveler experience and trip planning/online booking challenges
• Data analysis skills, including running SQL queries to inform focus and alignment
• Collaboration experience across time zones and with stakeholders at multiple levels

Nice to have

• Experience as a Product Owner in Agile teams
• MBA or similar experience
• Collaboration with third parties to bring technical solutions to market
