Senior Technical Program Manager (United States)
Lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional technical programs at the center of execution, enabling engineering organizations to move faster with stronger alignment and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs aligned to strategic engineering and organizational goals
- Define and manage program roadmaps (milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths)
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and GTM teams to align priorities and accelerate delivery
- Establish and continuously improve program management frameworks for governance, efficiency, and collaboration
- Provide data-driven reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure successful delivery
- Drive executive-level communications on status, challenges, and outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of engineering operations and scaling practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7–10+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with platform engineering teams and scaling organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive transformational initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
- $160,000–$175,000 USD base salary (annual)
