- PRDs, business cases, launch plans, and retrospectives
- Build and evolve roadmap tooling to maintain a single source of truth across OKRs, initiatives, milestones, and dependencies
- Create and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and communication cadences to track delivery health and strategic progress
- Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers, facilitating decisions and timely escalation
- Establish and standardize best practices, workflows, and templates to improve execution consistency, speed, and quality
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and operations leaders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and delivery frameworks
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in technical program management, project management, or product delivery in a technology-driven organization
- Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives from ambiguity through successful launch
- Strong background operating a Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) (or similar structured frameworks such as SDLC)
- Proficiency with Agile/Kanban (or hybrid approaches) and tools such as Jira, Asana, and Confluence
- Experience with roadmap/portfolio management tools (e.g., Productboard, Aha!, Jira Align, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of OKRs and metrics, translating business goals into measurable plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams)
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated/high-complexity environments
Benefits (highlights)
- Competitive salary: $143,000–$200,000 USD annually (based on experience/location)
- Performance-based bonus eligibility and equity participation
- Fully remote work, flexible PTO, company holidays
- Comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, paid parental leave
- 401(k) retirement plan
