Role Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for orchestrating global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate follow-the-sun delivery across multiple workstreams and hubs, aligning execution and reporting.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods.
• Track discrete security program milestones (e.g., ASPM enablement through automated evidence attestation).
• Drive stakeholder alignment and manage expectations on short-horizon timelines.
• Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot technical program blockers, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Lead/coordinate vulnerability remediation and address configuration gaps with engineering teams.
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with security controls and governance frameworks in heavily regulated environments.

Requirements (Must Haves)

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to independently manage, coach, and align global cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of security architecture and Security Controls Posture Management (SCPM) controls.
• Expertise in Vulnerability Management Lifecycles, with strong remediation experience.
• Experience in a cloud-agnostic environment: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks in regulated corporate environments.
• Upper-intermediate English.

• Direct software/security engineering background or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud.
