Senior Technical Program Manager

Role overview

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives within telehealth care delivery systems. This 7-month contract role is suited to a TPM who can thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from problem definition to execution.

Key missions

• Drive execution of complex technical initiatives with seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and R&D.
• Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs, linking program outcomes to:
  • system scalability
  • patient experience
  • operational impact
• Champion process improvement and standardization, improving how technical projects are scoped, launched, and measured across the Care Experience organization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management; ability to simplify complexity into clear direction.
• Proven track record driving transformation/care delivery initiatives from conception through execution with measurable business and patient outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking, process design, and change management.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and deliver through influence across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (balance structure and agility).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice-to-haves

• 3–4 years experience in a highly technical HealthTech space.
