About the role
Role Overview
Senior Technical Program Manager for the Strategic Initiatives team within the HealthEdge Technology organization. The role leads high-visibility, cross-functional programs to integrate multiple engineering teams into a unified, scalable structure, while building platform teams and capabilities for innovation and operational excellence.
Your Impact
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception through delivery, aligning to strategic engineering and business goals
- Support and accelerate development of platform teams and capabilities to enable scalable, efficient engineering and drive innovation
- Develop and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools to improve collaboration, governance, and operational efficiency
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, product, design, GTM, and platform teams to drive prioritization, decision-making, and rapid execution
- Define and manage program roadmaps (schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths)
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting and leadership insights using analytics
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure smooth cross-team execution
- Manage executive-level communications and expectations (goals, progress, challenges)
- Continuously improve engineering program management practices so the organization scales effectively
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs (preferably SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software)
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with platform engineering and building scalable capabilities
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar program management systems
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills for an executive-facing environment
- Proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Bonus: healthcare technology experience
