Join Pano AI as a Senior Technical Program Manager (Hardware Deployment). You’ll lead the end-to-end deployment execution of Pano’s camera systems—from concept through fully live operations—while partnering with engineering and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution for deploying camera systems, ensuring delivery from concept to live operations.
• Own program timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless delivery with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Engage directly with customers when needed to support successful deployment outcomes.
• Contribute hands-on support as required, including occasional on-site work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Operations, or a related cross-functional role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, hardware/software integrated programs from concept through deployment.
• Strong technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams and diagnose system-level issues.
• Demonstrated process-building experience, including use of tools to automate workflows.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present clearly to executive leadership and external customers.
• Proactive, ownership-driven problem solving.
