About the role

Join our team as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to engineering execution and product delivery. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to move high-impact initiatives from planning through execution. This high-visibility role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and a practical approach to using modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows. Key missions: Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, with clear ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.. Drive engineering execution by helping teams prioritize effectively and deliver efficiently, while managing dependencies and competing priorities across multiple teams and initiatives.. Establish strong operating rhythms, including status updates, risk tracking, escalation management, and executive visibility, while monitoring program health through metrics and insights. Profile: - Proven success driving large, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced product or engineering environment - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams as a Technical Program Manager - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, shifting priorities, and changing business needs - Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, or similar platforms - Comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve planning, reporting, documentation, or operational efficiency - Strong working knowledge of Agile or other program and project management methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate status, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences - Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and keep programs moving forward - Experience bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and turning them into actionable plans - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams - Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, data, or AI-related product and engineering initiatives - Experience operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment - We recognize that not all candidates will have every skill or qualification listed in this job description.
