Join Workday's Build & Platform team as a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager. In this high-impact role, you will drive the adoption and growth of Workday's extensibility and developer platform, focusing on Workday Extend, Workday Build, and emerging AI-powered platform capabilities. You will work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring new platform capabilities to market and accelerate adoption across the Workday ecosystem. Success will be measured through platform adoption, market awareness, and field effectiveness. Profile: - Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional launches and creating high-value content that resonates with developers and enterprise audiences, balancing strategic influence with tactical execution to drive platform adoption and business impact - Deep understanding of developer workflows, coding environments, and AI-assisted development, with credibility to engage engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers - 8–10 years of experience in technical or developer product marketing for tools, infrastructure, or platform products, with a proven track record of driving adoption and engagement
