About the role

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Delivery Lead ensures Camunda Professional Services (PS) implementation engagements are delivered predictably. You will translate customer outcomes into realistic delivery plans, steer execution with technical credibility, and align engineering and business stakeholders across Camunda, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, turning outcomes into plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and budget
Keep implementation teams aligned on goals, outcomes, ways of working, and budget with shared accountability
Drive scope decomposition, estimation, and change control; make scope/time/quality trade-offs explicit
Own stakeholder communication, providing evidence-based status and driving timely decisions
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks early (e.g., environments, integrations, NFRs, readiness) and remove technical blockers
Capture learnings from engagements to iterate on Camunda’s PS delivery excellence framework

Requirements

3+ years experience in a (Technical) Delivery Lead / Project Management role in enterprise software or SaaS
Proven track record leading (Agile) customer-facing PS implementation engagements with predictable delivery on time, budget, and quality
Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
Passion for customer success, including understanding how PS delivery in an ARR-driven enterprise software context supports retention and expansion

Familiarity with software engineering, process orchestration, and automation
