Senior Technical Delivery Lead ($80k) at StrataBlue

Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Delivery Lead at StrataBlue, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex AI orchestration and voice infrastructure projects. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, manage distributed engineering teams, and ensure software quality through hands-on review and rigorous estimate validation.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed technical specifications and manage offshore/distributed vendors directly to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Perform hands-on code and diff reviews and use engineering judgment to resolve technical disputes.
• Conduct estimate validation and reject padded estimates; hold vendors accountable for billing, quality, and delivery progress.
• Ensure progress is measured by working software shipped, aligned with an async, written accountability culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (Node.js/JavaScript and/or Python) before transitioning into delivery leadership.
• Proven experience managing offshore/distributed vendors and handling difficult conversations about billing, quality, and timelines.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work async with Central or EST timezone overlap.

Nice to Haves

• Deep familiarity with AI orchestration and voice infrastructure stacks.
• Experience with n8n orchestration, Retell/Trillet-style voice infrastructure, and MCP servers on Linux VPS.
