Senior Technical Delivery Lead ($80k) at StrataBlue

Role Overview

StrataBlue is hiring a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI orchestration and voice infrastructure projects. You will bridge strategy and execution while managing distributed engineering teams, writing technical specifications, and ensuring software quality through direct code reviews and estimate validation.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed technical specifications and manage offshore/distributed vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Perform hands-on code reviews and diff reviews to resolve technical disputes using engineering judgment
• Ensure software progress is measured by working software shipped
• Reject padded estimates and hold vendors accountable for billing, quality, and timeline accuracy
• Work with the managing partner in a flat, high-impact organization with an emphasis on async execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (noted: Node/Python) before moving into technical delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing offshore vendors and handling difficult conversations about billing, quality, and estimates
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with async accountability
• Ability to work in Central or EST timezones

Nice to Haves / Focus Areas

• Experience with n8n orchestration, voice infrastructure (Retell/Trillet), and MCP servers on Linux VPS
