About the role
Role overview
Join Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Technical Data and Operations Analyst (Marketing Data & Operations). You will own the end-to-end marketing data flow, partner with IT and BI to operationalize insights, and drive digital acquisition capabilities using AI-powered workflows.
Key missions
- Oversee end-to-end marketing data flow and collaborate with IT/BI to operationalize insights through AI agents and workflows.
- Drive digital acquisition by integrating AI and enabling end-to-end performance tracking, optimizing operational workflows.
- Become the data subject matter expert for the marketing technology stack and partner with BI/IT to enable operational insights.
- Lead privacy compliance and data governance for marketing data usage.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical integration efforts across MarTech and data platforms.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and user stories/PRDs.
- Manage delivery with internal engineering teams and maintain a development backlog.
- Lead cross-functional programs using Agile to deliver large-scale, complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of technical integrations across the MarTech stack, including:
- CDPs
- CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure for real-time decisioning.
- Strong understanding of data privacy & compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and practical impact on data usage.
- Ability to convert complex objectives into detailed technical requirements and PRDs.
- Exceptional program management skills for cross-functional technical projects.
- Deep technical fluency with AI/ML, Generative AI, and predictive modeling for real-time data orchestration.
- Proven experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, or Digital Marketing roles, including leading technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated success integrating and scaling solutions such as:
- Marketing Automation
- CRM
- Predictive Analytics
- Data Enrichment
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder and process-building skills between Marketing and IT.
