Senior Technical Consultant - Front-end Development

Role overview

Senior Technical Consultant (Front-end Development) for Veeva’s Technical Services team. You’ll build and evangelize custom front-end experiences for Vault CRM (Life Sciences CRM) using Veeva Vault and CRM X-Pages, while also engaging directly with customers as part of a customer-facing consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evangelize custom user experiences, with an emphasis on data-driven workflows
• Lead customer-facing workshops and own project success
• Shape overall solution design across technical and functional requirements
• Design and implement custom UIs in Veeva CRM & Vault CRM (CRM X-Pages)
• Develop internal and external tools to support customers and consultants
• Provide customer leadership and mentor team members

Requirements

• 6+ years of development or technical consulting experience
• Experience in front-end web development
• Some experience in cloud-based full-stack development
• Familiarity with API-based development
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks/languages (e.g., React or Vue.js)
• Git (source code control)
• Strong presentation skills and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud products (CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Nitro, Align, Network, OpenData)
• Experience designing/developing cloud integrations
• Experience designing/developing data visualizations (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
• Development on AWS
• Contributions to open-source JavaScript projects

Work setup

• Remote, full-time permanent role
• No specific office location requirement if you’re near an airport and can meet travel requirements (up to 25%).
