About the role

Role Overview

Join Plooto as a Senior Talent Partner (6–9 month fixed-term). You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to shape the future of talent acquisition, lead hiring end-to-end, and design structured, high-quality interview experiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to build the next chapter of Talent at Plooto, including making strong hiring decisions.
Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and business functions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to consistently find exceptional talent.
Coach hiring managers to improve interviewing and decision-making.
Design thoughtful, structured interview experiences.
Define and build an AI-native recruiting function by identifying, implementing, and continuously improving AI tools, workflows, and automations to enhance hiring.

Requirements / Profile

Hands-on interest in AI for recruiting and willingness to experiment.
Strong belief that every hire shapes culture.
Not purely looking for a traditional recruiter role; wants to help build a competitive hiring function.
Thinks of candidate experience as a product.
Comfortable operating across both executive-level hiring discussions and hands-on search execution.
Proven experience as an exceptional Talent Partner with high standards and low ego.
Track record of full-cycle hiring in a high-growth technology company, hiring across both technical and business functions.
Strong systems mindset: improves processes rather than only operating within them.

Nice to Have

Experience helping define or evolve recruiting operations, systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
Demonstrated ability to implement and iterate structured interview processes.
