About the role

Role Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Nielsen’s Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time remote role focused primarily on corporate, end-to-end (full-cycle) recruiting across leadership and individual contributor positions, with potential support for select executive searches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of corporate roles, including commercial and Global Strategic Account Management positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on role requirements, set expectations, and share talent market insights.
  • Use data, talent market trends, and strategic hiring plans to influence leaders and support hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches with strong communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management.
  • Build and execute search strategies using appropriate sourcing methods, tools, and recruiting techniques.
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit; guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruiting activity and workflow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Tackle complex recruiting challenges; lead smaller projects and provide guidance to less experienced teammates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, primarily from the agency side of talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and how the function operates across teams.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions using multiple information sources.
  • Clear communication of complex or sensitive information; strong stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead smaller projects and act as a resource for others.
  • Broad understanding of market dynamics and factors that differentiate Nielsen.
  • Proven recruiting success across multiple levels (leadership and individual contributor).
  • Experience recruiting for Global Strategic Account Management roles.
  • Strong search execution skills: search strategy, recruiting techniques, market mapping, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and judgment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive or senior-level searches.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate-style roles in complex business environments.
