About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM Contractor) at Toast, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing strong candidate pools, delivering a great candidate experience, and adapting recruitment strategies to different hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing creative solutions and tailoring recruiting strategies.
Use recruiting data and KPIs to improve efficiency and hiring impact.
Support and contribute to inclusive recruitment processes.
Partner with hiring teams to fill roles across Sales and/or Customer Success functions (high-volume hiring).

Requirements

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to leverage recruiting data/metrics to influence hiring decisions.
Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting and partnering with hiring managers across Sales/Customer Success.
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
Typically 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Nice to Have

Greenhouse ATS experience (preferred).
Experience recruiting sales talent at a SaaS company.
