Role Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) for Cohere Health. You will drive end-to-end hiring outcomes for critical clinical and technical roles while partnering closely with hiring stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes and a seamless, high-quality experience for interview teams and candidates.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for critical clinical and technical roles in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit.
• Lead proactive sourcing across multiple channels and talent communities using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and recruiting analytics to diagnose issues and drive decision-making.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting hiring metrics.
• Deep knowledge of search platforms, talent communities, and sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting physicians (preferred).
• Proven experience recruiting a variety of roles, including technical and clinical positions.
• Experience navigating recruiting in health-tech/healthcare environments (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong closing skills, including compensation conversations and competing offers.
• Ability to build strong relationships and act as a true partner to hiring teams.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS (preferred).
