Role overview

Join GitLab as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. You’ll evolve GitLab’s talent acquisition (TA) technology infrastructure by owning end-to-end configuration of the TA tech stack, managing tool integrations, and leading AI proposal triage with a focus on candidate experience and governance.

Key missions

• Own the TA tech stack configuration: ATS stages, fields, picklists, scorecards, user access, and permissions.
• Maintain and improve recruiting systems recruiters rely on day to day.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations across TA/HR platforms.
• Lead AI proposal triage: assess feasibility, process impact, and implications for candidate experience before approvals.
• Architect intelligent workflows and build an AI layer to make recruiting systems smarter over time.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting operations and/or HR tech.
• Proven ability to manage integrations across platforms, including diagnosing and resolving failures.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM behavior, and model performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI governance, bias auditing, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning and configuring enterprise ATS and HR/TA tech stacks (stages, fields, integrations, user access management).
