About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Systems Administrator at Entersekt, you’ll join a small, capable team responsible for operating and improving critical infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver long-running infrastructure projects.
- Handle urgent network, system, and application troubleshooting, sometimes with short notice.
- Follow strict operational procedures when required.
- Apply pragmatic judgment and creative problem-solving to resolve incidents and improve reliability.
- Use an "I don't know yet" approach to address knowledge gaps and expand capability.
- Share knowledge and teach/mentor teammates with new approaches and learnings.
Requirements
- Experience owning infrastructure operations and participating in high-priority troubleshooting.
- Ability to work within strict procedures while still applying sound judgment.
- Comfort learning new areas and communicating what you learn to others.
