Role overview

As a Senior Strategic Program Manager at Rithum, you will lead execution across high-priority strategic initiatives such as M&A, corporate development, AI transformation, and enterprise operational priorities. You will partner with executive leadership to drive cross-functional program governance, executive reporting, and operational execution across a complex portfolio.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead execution and coordination of complex strategic initiatives (including M&A integration, AI transformation, and enterprise operational priorities)
- Translate executive strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures
- Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Identify dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and escalation points across concurrent initiatives
- Support strategic planning and operational alignment tied to corporate objectives and transformation
Corporate Development & Transformation
- Coordinate integration workstreams across functions to support acquisition onboarding and post-merger execution
- Track integration milestones, resolve issues, manage organizational dependencies, and support readiness activities
- Support due diligence, operational assessments, integration planning, and transformation readiness
- Assist with organizational change management and transformation communications
- Enable operational optimization and continuous improvement to improve scalability and effectiveness
Executive Operations & Business Management
- Support executive leadership with operating rhythms, leadership meetings, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-through
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, status updates, business reviews, and strategic communications
- Build scalable reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, and executive visibility mechanisms
- Facilitate planning, prioritization, governance reviews, and operational cadences
AI-First Operations & Process Optimization
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and scalable processes to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making

Requirements

Strong executive presence and ability to influence across leadership and cross-functional teams
Operational rigor and analytical thinking
Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve program visibility and decision-making

Nice-to-haves

Experience with M&A integration and corporate development/transformation programs
Experience building executive reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance cadences
