Role overview

As a Senior Strategic Finance Manager at Rula, you will help shape growth strategy and drive strategic trade-offs in a complex healthcare services marketplace. You’ll partner closely with the Health Plans and Partnerships teams to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Health Plans and Partnerships to shape growth strategy and evaluate trade-offs.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact.
• Drive strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis within a healthcare marketplace.

Profile / requirements

• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of key unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs, test assumptions, and drive operational accountability.
• Track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategy through quantitative financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building granular financial models to analyze complex datasets (e.g., with SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools).
• Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses.
• Background in a high-growth/scaling company.
• Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams.
