Role Overview
Join d-Matrix as a Senior / Staff Technical Program Manager to drive engineering excellence across a global, distributed software organization. You will translate company objectives into actionable programs and improve planning/execution to deliver high-quality software predictably.

- Improve planning and execution practices and foster collaboration across geographies and technical domains.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality software on time.
- Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence proficiency, including integrating with the project toolchain.
- Strong understanding of the software lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- 10+ years experience as a software engineer, engineering manager, or technical program manager, with 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software development.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proven track record managing distributed, multi-region engineering teams.
- Experience establishing scalable processes in fast-moving engineering organizations.
- Comfort with complex software/hardware integration.
Nice-to-haves / Domain Fit
- Familiarity with AI/ML, compiler/runtime, or kernel development.
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure, semiconductors, or system software.
- Knowledge of optimization for GPUs, NPUs, or custom ASICs.
- Experience managing external dependencies and customer-driven timelines.
- Experience scaling teams at Series B/C startups.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
