Join Addepar as a Senior Staff Software Engineer (full remote). You will architect and implement the next-generation compute platform, tackling complex scalability challenges in a high-scale environment.

Architect and implement the next-generation compute platform to address scalability challenges.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and develop high-scale systems that meet business needs.
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability by applying software development best practices.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong interest in code quality, performance, and building high-scale systems.
Proficiency in object-oriented languages, especially Java.

Nice-to-Haves (Strong Plus)

Experience with one or more:
- Cloud-native/messaging technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Istio, containerization, Kafka)
- Relational and non-relational datastores
- CI/CD, monitoring, and logging systems
