Role Overview
Senior Staff Product / Principal Product Manager (Cribl AI) at Cribl. You will drive product strategy and execution, aligning the product roadmap with customer needs and company values. Key Missions
- Own and guide the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Cribl’s mission/values.
- Use data for market research and product insights: assess competition and generate inputs for building AI-native products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-value AI products and experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Technical Product Manager role or similar.
- Proven product building and launch experience with major cloud providers.
- Experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
- Experience with products deployed across multiple environments/infrastructure (Cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
- Enterprise data product background.
- Strong technical Product Management mindset: enjoys building labs, learning new technologies, and deepening expertise.
- Experience using data tools to transform telemetry/analytics into insights, including Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Redshift.
- Understanding of integrating and onboarding data from a variety of IT and Security tools/technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in remote-first / distributed teams and collaborate primarily via writing and reading.
- Strong communication skills: writer/reader; able to demo at both high level and deep detail (not just why, but how).
