About the role
Role Overview
Senior/Staff Product Manager, Flights at Engine (remote, USA). You’ll build and grow the Flights post-booking modification ecosystem—enabling customers to change trips after booking—while driving acquisition, activation, and retention through experimentation and AI-native product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Build post-booking ecosystem: Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a suite of post-booking/modification capabilities for Flights.
- Grow Flights business: Implement world-class flexibilities in the customer experience to increase growth.
- Partnership strategy: Enhance and contribute to partnerships that increase Engine’s value; collaborate closely with Product and Business Development.
- Cross-functional delivery: Work with design, engineering, product operations, customer experience, and sales from ideation through post-launch.
- Partner with other PMs across Travel and related product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a deep focus on flights travel.
- Strong understanding of the flights post-booking customer journey, including airline connectivity and industry expertise.
- Ability to build cross-functional systems from zero and scale them with a long-term perspective.
- Experience using AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and personalize experiences.
- Strategic + execution-focused: comfortable zooming in and out.
- Natural leadership and mentoring instincts.
Nice to Have
- Bonus points for experience specifically with post booking/modification.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $147,500 - $246,100 USD (additional compensation may include equity and/or variable pay).
