About the role
Role Overview
Senior/Staff Product Engineer for a US-remote team building AI-powered B2B SaaS product features. You’ll design, build, and ship core capabilities across the stack—especially data-intensive UIs, workflows, and backend systems that improve user productivity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to scope, build, and launch high-leverage features.
- Lead full-stack development and/or critical integrations across:
- Frontend frameworks and data pipelines
- Real-time sync and backend services
- Prioritize performance, reliability, and usability for data-rich dashboards and multi-user experiences.
- Tackle technical challenges in data synchronization, collaboration features, routing, and state management.
- Shape product and technical architecture as the platform scales to larger customers and more complex use cases.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack or product engineering experience shipping user-facing SaaS products.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience on the frontend.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data-heavy UIs
- Real-time features
- State management
- APIs implementing core business logic
- Experience owning features end to end with solid UX instincts and a product mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments with tight feedback loops.
