About the role

Join ServiceTitan as a Senior Staff Product Designer, where you'll play a key role in shaping our class-leading SaaS product. You'll lead various projects, drive transformation through design, and ensure consistent user experiences across our product lineup. Your responsibilities will include managing the interplay between business requirements, customer needs, and innovative design concepts, as well as mentoring fellow designers. You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Design and the Design Leadership Team to execute and shape our design strategy. Key missions: Identifying, proposing, and leading various design projects to drive transformation and refine product strategy decisions.. Collaborating with product owners and developers to create clear and compelling interfaces that meet user requirements.. Actively mentoring fellow designers, helping them build context, strong decision-making skills, and empathy for users. Profile: - We are looking for a talented Senior Staff Product Designer that enjoys solving complex problems with data-driven solutions - Demonstrated portfolio of shipping amazing customer experiences that have made a significant impact on business and customer metrics - A love for solving complex product problems with simple design solutions - Deep organization and execution capabilities, especially in areas of influence and collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups - Experience in design thinking methodologies to lead teams toward customer centered outcomes - Exceptional interaction and visual design skills - Experience collaborating with other designers to build a cohesive product - A passion for solving core product problems while balancing all facets of a user experience, such as strategy and research, information architecture, and interaction design - Experience designing a modern Saas or enterprise platform or one comparable - Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale.
