Senior Staff Engineer - Rosso

Role overview

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will help shape and scale Rosso, tem’s core IP transaction infrastructure. You will combine deep hands-on engineering with strategic technical ownership, driving improvements across teams and integrating machine learning models into production.

Key missions

• Provide technical leadership by executing high-impact improvements in Rosso workflows.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across teams and systems while aligning stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and review of critical backend service components.
• Actively support production integration of ML models.

Requirements

• Strong background in backend engineering and ownership of critical components.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team initiatives and influence execution and design decisions.
• Experience integrating machine learning models into production.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with transaction/market infrastructure and large-scale systems (implied by Rosso being core IP transaction infrastructure).
