Role Overview

Join tem (Talos) as a Senior Staff Software Engineer (AI). You’ll help shape and scale AI-driven transaction infrastructure by building agent-powered systems end-to-end—from discovery and pilots to production roll-outs.

Key Missions

• Ship flagship agentic capabilities by delivering high-impact workflows from discovery to production.
• Build and operate production-grade agent systems, designing systems that behave reliably under real-world constraints.
• Create shared foundations for agent delivery by developing core primitives that enable teams to build agents consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI/agent workflows across pilot and production stages.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate real operational workflows into durable agent systems.
• Design shared components/primitives to standardize how agents are built and delivered across teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and scaling software systems for production.
• Ability to work end-to-end (discovery/pilots → production) and collaborate cross-team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with agentic/LLM-powered systems and production operations for AI workloads.
