Role Overview
Senior Staff DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer (MetaMask)
Join the MetaMask & Infura technical team to deliver, upgrade, and maintain development and production infrastructure with strong security standards (ISO/SOC2). The role focuses on CI/CD, multi-environment provisioning, and improving delivery reliability (DORA metrics).
What You’ll Do
- Deliver, upgrade, and maintain infrastructure with high cybersecurity standards (ISO/SOC2)
- Drive and support code deployment using CI/CD
- Set up, configure, and run development/test and staging/production environments
- Operate infrastructure across multiple products and critical applications
- Work with multiple cloud providers, including AWS and Azure
- Collaborate with developers, SREs, Product Managers, Customer Success SRE, and cross-cutting infrastructure teams
- Empower development teams day-to-day while planning strategically for platform growth
- Improve DORA metrics across the organization
- Maintain strong documentation and use a security-first mindset to solve problems proactively
Requirements
- DevSecOps engineering mindset
- 4+ years as a Software Engineer
- 5+ years as an SRE, Dev(Sec)Ops Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role
- Familiarity with one or more of:
- JavaScript / Node.js / TypeScript
- Go
- Python
