Senior Sre - DevOps H/F

Role Overview

Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer (H/F) within Amadeus’ API Management (AMI) organization. You will evolve the Amadeus API Management portal and help build a more ambitious global platform for the business, with a particular focus on the Developers Portal that exposes and enables consumption of Amadeus APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own application operations for Amadeus core services end to end.
• Manage the full application stack, including:
  • OS
  • Databases / data stores
  • Application and integrations/links
  • Support functions in line with agreed service levels (internal & external)
  • vNW (as referenced in the posting)
• Service automation and continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Change, Release & Test Management:
  • Execute change/release/test processes
  • Drive automation for these processes
• Problem & Incident Management.
• Apply deep functional/technical knowledge to lead activities at the highest level.
• Contribute to a healthy, collaborative environment and support/junior mentorship.

Requirements

• Working experience with advanced and specialized technical/functional expertise in the SRE/DevOps discipline.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and anticipate dependencies/impacts in complex scenarios.
• Ability to work independently with guidance only on the most complex situations.
